Article 8 Assessment Steps: Individuals shall complete the task self-assessment according to their responsibilities and matters assigned by the leaders (subject to the work diary on the office automation network) → the evaluation of local leaders → the preliminary examination of the general office → the audit of the personnel and education department → the study of the director's office meeting → the publicity after the approval of the central leaders → the filing of the personnel and education department.
Article 9 Scoring and evaluation: the annual benchmark of each person in the center is 60 points, which shall be increased or decreased according to the method of adding and subtracting points, and the annual total score of 90 points or above is excellent; More than 75 points is better; More than 60 points is a pass; A score below 60 is a failure.
Article 10 The addition and subtraction points of monthly assessment are generally controlled at 1-5 points, and the zero error points are controlled at 0.5- 1.0 points. The personal self-assessment plus or minus points shall not exceed 1, and the director's assessment plus or minus points shall be controlled within 2 points, that is, the total score shall not exceed 3 points. The addition and subtraction of each director and deputy director shall be proposed by the central leadership according to the work and task completion, and determined by the director's office according to the detailed rules.
