Provisions of Zhuhai Municipality on Household Registration Management (for Trial Implementation):

Thirteenth accounts moved in according to the following procedures:

(a) the cadres and workers recruited or transferred by the organization, personnel and labor departments shall go through the household registration formalities at the local police station with the proof of recruitment (work) or transfer, and the graduates of colleges, technical schools and technical schools with the proof of personnel and labor departments. Children under the age of sixteen who belong to the commodity grain population are allowed to go home with their mothers. Their unemployed spouses and parents who have lived together for a long time are allowed to enter the house after re-applying for approval. Without the approval of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, those who move in without authorization are not allowed to enter and will be (returned) back to the original place of emigration.
