(1) Optional performance:
Booking process: select area-select seat-book-submit-fill in contact information-select payment method-record ticket collection password.
1) The deadline for online ticket purchase is three hours before the performance (usually 5 pm on the day of the performance).
2) After you successfully operate online payment, please wait a moment, and the system will automatically get your ticket password.
(2) Non-selective performance:
Booking process: select the performance and fare >> click the fare to enter the ticket folder >> select the number of tickets >> (enter the settlement center or continue booking) >> fill in the ticket delivery information >> select the payment method >> confirm the order >> generate the order.
Precautions:
1) Customer service will call you within two working days of online booking. After confirming your order by phone, the ticket will be delivered to the address you left as soon as possible. Ticket price, time and venue are subject to final telephone confirmation!
2) If we can't confirm with you within 48 hours after the order takes effect, if the phone is disconnected or for other reasons, we may regard your order as invalid. Please leave a convenient phone number when you make a reservation, and try to keep the phone open.

5. Users outside Guangzhou.
1) Use online payment. When the customer service finds that online payment is successful, it will send the ticket to your address as soon as possible in the form of express delivery or home delivery.
