The responsibilities of this department are:
First, the general office is responsible for messages, information, security, confidentiality and letters and visits; Responsible for the coordination and supervision of the daily work of the organs; Undertake the work of making government affairs public and news release.
Second, the policy and regulation department studies the new industrialization strategy; Organize research on the development strategy of industry, communication industry and informatization, and put forward policy suggestions; Organizing the drafting of draft laws and regulations on industry, communication and informatization;
Three, responsible for the legality of relevant normative documents audit work; To undertake relevant administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation; To undertake the drafting of important documents.
Four, the planning department to organize the formulation of industrial, communication and information development strategy and planning; Put forward suggestions on the scale and direction of fixed assets investment in industry, communication industry and information technology (including the use of foreign capital and overseas investment) and the arrangement of central financial construction funds; Undertake the related work of fixed assets investment audit.
Five, the use of the financial sector budget and fund management; Organize the implementation of internal audit and performance inspection; Put forward policy suggestions on industry taxation, price and finance; Responsible for the financial and asset management of the organization.
Legal basis: Article 39 of the National Security Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), all departments of the central state organs shall, in accordance with the division of responsibilities, implement the national security principles, policies, laws and regulations, and manage and guide the national security work in their own systems and fields.
