1, responsible for the delivery of the 0A project signed by the company, mainly including project planning, demand investigation, product training (training and education for key customers), scheme/process formulation, guidance materials preparation, customer online guidance, project acceptance and payment promotion.
2. For projects that need secondary development, be responsible for communication and confirmation of secondary development requirements, and complete the delivery of development results;
3. Undertake pre-sales support for some projects of the company, participate in product demonstrations, communicate business needs with customers, and use professional skills to facilitate business signing;
Requirements of OA implementation consultant:
1, college degree or above, major in computer, finance, management and other related fields.
2. More than 1 year experience in OA project implementation, or experience in leading OA project implementation, and UFIDA OA project implementation experience is preferred;
3. Good language skills, communication and analysis skills, and mature and steady image; Have a deep understanding of customer needs, be able to conduct in-depth analysis and guidance based on customer needs, and have a deep insight into the development of ERP industry;
4. Have rich IT project management skills, can effectively guide customer needs, effectively communicate with customers, and promote project delivery; Proficient in English or Cantonese is preferred;
5. Have certain IT knowledge and skill base, such as windows operating system, office software, database knowledge (SQL or ORACLE), secondary development skills and experience in secondary development projects is preferred;
6. Have the mentality of providing professional services to customers, be proactive, be able to work under pressure, have the spirit of integrity, and have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility; Good health, can adapt to high-intensity workload.
