Second, patient follow-up evaluation and classified intervention

Physical examination of patients with severe mental illness as required, follow-up management of patients with stable, basically stable and unstable conditions as required by the specification, accurate filling in relevant forms, and timely inputting the follow-up information into the national mobile phone system for basic data of severe mental illness; According to whether the patients' mental symptoms disappear, whether their insight is completely restored, whether their work and social functions are restored, and whether there are any adverse drug reactions or physical diseases, patients are given classified intervention, rehabilitation guidance is given according to the patient's condition control, and psychological support and help are provided to their families.

Three, the establishment of two-way referral system and emergency mechanism.

During this year, eight patients with unstable conditions in the jurisdiction were transferred to our city in time.

Psychiatric hospitalization, assist in applying for free emergency hospitalization for patients with sexual mental illness in Xiamen. Among them, 65,438+0 patients with risk levels 5 and 5 received emergency medical treatment with the cooperation of psychiatrists and police stations. Accept the list of discharged patients issued by mental health center, and keep track of it; Contact Xiamen Xianyue Hospital for diagnosis and reexamination of 19 patients, and exclude 3 patients with non-severe mental illness; Check the list of psychiatric inpatients from Wuxian prevention and treatment station, find out 55 patients in our town, and file management in time; Check the town civil affairs office 100 list of mentally disabled people, and file 4 patients without files.

Four, strengthen the management of severe mental illness related personnel training and mental health promotion.

Every quarter, fine prevention personnel participate in the training organized by the Municipal Mental Health Center, retrain rural doctors, and carry out mental health education activities and knowledge questionnaires.
