Second, the recruitment conditions
The recruitment target is the fresh graduates of domestic and foreign universities in 2023.
(1) basic conditions
1, China nationality.
2, law-abiding, honest and trustworthy, good conduct, no bad records.
3. Graduates from domestic institutions must graduate before July 3, 20231,and obtain diplomas and degree certificates; Overseas college graduates must graduate from July 1 2022 to July 3 1 2023 (subject to the time of obtaining the degree certified by the Ministry of Education), and can obtain the degree certified by the Ministry of Education before July 3 1 2023, and have not been employed. The fresh college graduates recruited by all departments of the Head Office and Beijing Branch must meet the specific conditions for Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Overseas Study Service Center of the Ministry of Education to find employment and settle down in Beijing.
4. Be in good health and have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally. Refer to the relevant provisions of the General Standard for Civil Servant Employment Physical Examination (Trial) and the Operation Manual for Civil Servant Employment Physical Examination (Trial).

(two) education, professional conditions and English level

2. Applicants for positions directly under the Head Office must have a master's degree or above.
3. Applicants for provincial branches must have a master's degree or above; Applicants for secondary branches must have a bachelor's degree or above (for poor families who have established a file card, their academic qualifications can be relaxed to junior college, and they have worked in local employers for more than 5 years after employment. 4.
