Shanghai Big Data Center (Shanghai Big Data Innovation Center) is a non-governmental organization established by key local enterprises and institutions in Shanghai from 2065438 to September 2008 under the guidance of Shanghai Economic and Information Commission. It aims to serve the National Big Data (Shanghai) Comprehensive Experimental Zone, promote the integration of government and enterprise data, and carry out research and development of key technologies for big data application innovation and achievement transformation.
The establishment of Shanghai Big Data Innovation Center is another initiative taken by Jing 'an District to explore refined urban management after "Shanghai Big Data Promoting Urban Management and Social Governance Experimental Zone".
Shanghai Big Data Center Functions:
The center will build a city-wide data resource sharing system, formulate technical standards and management methods for data resource collection, governance, sharing, opening, application and security, and realize cross-level, cross-department, cross-system and cross-business data sharing and exchange. At the same time, promote the integration and sharing of Shanghai government information system, and integrate the government data of all banks, administrative departments and districts.
Shanghai Big Data Center is the basic tool to implement the national big data development principles and policies and do a good job in Shanghai's big data development strategy, local regulations, draft rules and policy suggestions.
