This is a management book. In the book, author Allen Fan En provides a coaching method to help employees improve their performance-growth model. This model consists of four steps, and the first letter of each step constitutes the word GROW: Goal: what we want to do; Reality: the situation we face; Option: How do we move from the status quo to the goal? The way forward: the action we want to take. As a manager, if you want to improve the performance of employees, you need to set goals first, then look back at the current situation, eliminate interference for employees and create an environment that can make them concentrate. Only in this way can the performance of employees be greatly improved.

About the author Alan Fine En, he is the president of InsideOut Development Company. The company provides training courses, senior coaches and organizational consulting services for many Fortune 500 companies. Allen is one of the developers of the most widely used GROW model in coaching field. His unique method of improving performance has been adopted by many Fortune 500 companies, including IBM, NASA, Coca-Cola and GAP. The other is the co-author of several best-selling works by Rebecca R. Merrill, who once co-authored "First thingsfirst" with Stephen Covey. The authors of this book are all senior master experts in the field of enterprise training and consulting. Many models and cases in the book come from real cases in their enterprise consulting and training, so this book has strong reference and practicality!

It is precisely because this book has a good guidance and reference for enterprise management, employee coaching, children's education, enterprise training and interaction before intimate relationship, so Night with Power Managers attracts readers from all walks of life such as training, education, finance and foreign trade. Among them are HR from Fortune 500 companies, internal trainers and business owners. I also came to this book club with goals and questions. Of course, there are also some white-collar workers who have great enthusiasm for reading. Because of their work, they don't have a whole block of time to study. Participating in and encouraging the reading club has become a way for them to recharge and study: reading a book in one night, listening to book friends to share, reading other people's work and life stories at the reading club, making old friends and making new friends, and reading club is a very good way! However, I suggest that you read books in advance, and you will gain more from attending the book club after you come.

The Beijing Branch was hosted by our training coach and Zhao Yang, the founding regional director of Touma 88. There are more than 30 guests present at this Beijing branch, all of whom are elites from all walks of life. It is also the hottest meeting at the Beijing branch.

Qingdao Branch Report: The host of this reading club is still Mr. Xiang Xiang from our power training institution, and he is also a senior volunteer of our power reading club. After a brief introduction of the book club and strength training institutions, 36 book lovers who came to the scene each briefly introduced themselves for 30 seconds. Every introduction is a chance encounter for a period of time: here we will find book lovers who came to the book club for the first time, as well as old book lovers who have been here for five or six years! Then, Mr. Yan Yiling, the founder of Hedong Reading Club, led everyone to read deeply. The site is divided into 10 groups. 3-5 people in each group read in chapters. Everyone reads quietly while drinking tea in a teahouse in Ji Ya, Xiang Bo. After about 20 minutes, each group summarizes the chapters they read, and then chooses a representative to share the main contents of this chapter with you. The mode is to summarize and share in your own words, plus a personal case that evokes your memory from the scenes in the book. In this way, every sharer can deeply understand and internalize the contents of the book. In this way, other book lovers who have not read this book can better read other wonderful contents in the book by listening to the sharing of book lovers.

Under the guidance of Teacher Yan, the book lovers finished reading the book. As a heavy egg tonight, in the last 30 minutes, we invited Mr. Yu Ming, a senior coach from enterprises and individuals, to deepen and guide the content of this reading club. Through the six-part instruction shared with teachers, we have a better understanding of how to become a coach. Experience how to practice coaching through interactive drills of coaches, trainees and observers. This activity ended with a little experience activity led by Teacher Yan: butterflies, dragonflies and bees.

There is also a dynamic reading club: a book every month, so that you can meet beautiful reading! In the next issue, let's meet in Vientiane on the night of the living on July 5, and enjoy the life wisdom of philosopher Schopenhauer together. Please read the book club in advance. On July 5th, we will be in Beijing and Qingdao ~
