2. Processing flow:
-Go to the vehicle management department: Take the prepared materials to the local vehicle management department or traffic management bureau.
-Fill in the application form: fill in the application form for scrapping and cancellation of motor vehicles, and provide relevant information about vehicles and personal identification information.
-Payment: according to local regulations, pay the corresponding termination fee.
-Sign for confirmation: After confirmation, sign the application form for confirmation.
-Submit application materials: hand over the completed application form and related materials to the staff.
3. Processing results:
-Cancellation voucher: the staff will check the application materials, and if there is no problem, they will give the processing result and provide the cancellation voucher.
-Vehicle cancellation: the vehicle management department will cancel the registration of the vehicle and stamp the cancellation stamp on the vehicle driving license.

Article 14 The state implements a compulsory scrapping system for motor vehicles, and sets different scrapping standards according to the safety and technical conditions and different uses of motor vehicles. Motor vehicles that should be scrapped must be cancelled in time. Motor vehicles that meet the scrapping standards are not allowed to drive on the road. Scrapping large passenger cars, trucks and other operating vehicles shall be disintegrated under the supervision of the traffic management department of the public security organ.
