Level 1: It has the ability to independently undertake the construction of various computer information systems in national, provincial (ministerial), industrial, prefectural (city) (and below), large, medium and small enterprises.
Level 2: It has the ability to independently undertake the construction of computer information systems in provinces (ministries), industries, prefectures (cities) (and below), large, medium and small enterprises or jointly undertake the construction of national computer information systems.
Level 3: Have the ability to independently undertake the construction of computer information systems for small and medium-sized enterprises or jointly undertake the construction of computer information systems for large enterprises (or with considerable scale).
Level 4: Have the ability to independently undertake the computer information system construction of small enterprises or jointly undertake the computer information system construction of medium-sized enterprises (or a considerable scale). Chapter IV Application and Evaluation of Qualifications Article 12 An entity applying for qualification certification shall meet the following requirements:
(1) Having the qualification of an independent legal person.
(two) independently or cooperatively engaged in computer information system integration business for more than two years (including two years).
(three) have the ability to engage in computer information system integration, and have completed more than three (including three) computer information system integration projects.
(4) Having full-time personnel and an organizational management system capable of integrating computer information systems.
(five) has a fixed workplace and advanced information system development and integration equipment environment. Thirteenth units applying for qualification certification can determine the qualification level of the application according to the "Qualification Level Standard for Computer Information System Integration" (issued separately). Article 14 An entity applying for qualification certification shall truthfully fill in and provide the following materials:
(a) "computer information system integration qualification certification application form"
(II) Registration Form for Computer Information System Integration Qualification Article 15 An entity applying for Grade I or Grade II qualification shall submit the application materials to the qualification certification office of the Ministry, and the qualification examination shall be conducted according to the following procedures:
(1) After the qualification certification office has passed the examination of the applicant's application materials, it will organize an investigation team to conduct on-site audit of his qualifications and investigate the typical computer information system integration projects he has completed.
(two) the qualification certification office according to the applicant's qualification investigation report and the typical project investigation report of computer information system integration, organize experts to evaluate, and put forward evaluation opinions. Article 16 Units applying for Grade III and IV qualifications shall submit the application materials to the competent departments of information industry in all provinces (cities, autonomous regions), and the qualification certification institutions affiliated to the competent departments of information industry in all provinces (cities, autonomous regions) shall organize the qualification evaluation, and report the evaluation results to the qualification certification office of the Ministry. Seventeenth qualification certification office will report the qualification evaluation results to the Ministry of information industry for approval, and then issue a "qualification certificate". Qualification certificates are divided into originals and duplicates, which have the same legal effect. Chapter V Supervision and Management of Qualifications Article 18 Supervision and management of qualifications refers to the supervision and inspection of the qualification maintenance and qualification change management of certified units.
