The meeting heard the planning and design scheme of Longze Lake Oasis in Minquan County, Min 'an House, Tian Ming Happiness Lane in Jianye, and Beiyuan Real Estate Project in Shuangxiwan, the planning and design scheme of Xinnonghui Agricultural Trade City in Minquan County, the regulatory detailed planning of two plots in the northwest of Xiong Bing Avenue Shopping Mall, and the regulatory detailed planning of the south of Zhuangzhou Avenue and both sides of Baiyun Road in the central city. The leaders of counties and districts attending the meeting and the heads of departments respectively put forward targeted opinions and suggestions on the problems and shortcomings in the scheme.
Ji Maichang, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress and secretary of the county party committee, demanded that all project planning schemes should be combined with reality, pay attention to details, make overall consideration, improve supporting facilities, and rationally arrange spatial layout to meet the current and future development needs of the county.
At the same time, the overall design of each project should consider geographical conditions, traffic and other factors, and coordinate with the surrounding environment and the overall urban planning, so that the design scheme can meet the functional requirements, meet the needs of urban development, and rationally arrange public facilities such as public toilets and parking lots to provide good public living space. It is necessary to be scientific and reasonable, consider the design scheme from the aspects of the overall color and shape of the building, do a good job in construction in strict accordance with the scheme, and resolutely put an end to the act of changing the scheme at will. At the same time, we must unswervingly grasp the lighting project. It is necessary to combine the characteristics of the county to develop lighting and create a unique lighting landscape.

According to the opinions and suggestions put forward by the meeting, the design unit should further optimize the scheme, improve the details, realize high starting point planning and high standard construction, continuously improve the people's production and living conditions, and enhance the image quality of the city.
