When I came in, the company said that the contract was relatively long, four years, because it was necessary to open an account for us. Locals only need to sign for two years. At that time, the contract penalty was calculated according to the expiration of the contract. In my situation, I still owe three years after working for one year. I owe three years, and I pay back one month's money every March. There is also an agreement to open an account, and the penalty is 50,000 yuan, which is decreasing year by year. The liquidated damages of contracts and agreements shall be subject to the higher one. So at the beginning, I counted my liquidated damages as all the money I earned this year. But in the end, it was reduced to less than 40 thousand through leadership consultation and reduction. But after I left, I heard that the punishment policy has changed. (Maybe it's us. ) The liquidated damages have been reduced, and June seems to be a month's compensation. However, I heard that the liquidated damages for the account will be calculated separately. Then add it up. This situation is not certain, there may be discrepancies. Students who want to go can ask the personnel themselves. Maybe the liquidated damages will be less than mine in the future. The overall feeling, as far as the wage level here is concerned, is still relatively high. Of course, it doesn't matter if you are ready to stay wholeheartedly.
