Computer Software Examination Certificate Computer Technology and Software Professional Qualification (Level) Examination (hereinafter referred to as Computer Software Examination) is the perfection and development of the former China Computer Software Professional Qualification and Level Examination (hereinafter referred to as Software Examination). This is the national examination under the leadership of the Ministry of Personnel (changed to Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security) and the Ministry of Information Industry (changed to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology). Its purpose is to scientifically and fairly test the professional qualifications, professional technical qualifications and professional technical level of computer and software professionals in China.
