1. 2. Requirements for engineering, technology and economic management personnel of Grade C enterprise of communication construction supervision: there shall be no less than 25 communication construction supervision engineers, no less than 3 senior engineers or personnel with equivalent professional level, no less than 1 person with economic titles above intermediate level or personnel with equivalent professional level, and no less than 8 personnel with budget qualification certificates for communication construction projects.
3. Registered capital of Class C enterprise of communication construction supervision: the registered capital shall not be less than 500,000 yuan.
4. Performance of Grade C enterprises in communication construction supervision: In the past two years, enterprises have completed five communication construction supervision projects with an investment of more than 3 million yuan, except for those who applied for Grade C qualification for the first time.
