1. The postgraduate education of Qiqihar University has been awarded the master's degree of 1996 and the master's degree of engineering in 2007 since it was jointly enrolled with Dalian University of Technology.
2. After nearly 20 years' development, there are 14 master's enrollment first-level disciplines and 7 engineering master's enrollment fields, forming a postgraduate training pattern with science and engineering as the mainstay and complete categories of management, literature, history and law.
3. Qiqihar University established the Graduate School and its Party Committee on June 20 10. The college consists of the Party and Government Office, the Student Affairs Office, the Graduate Admissions Office, the Graduate Training Department and the Graduate Degree Department.
4. The graduate school is responsible for the management of enrollment, training, degree and student education of all kinds of graduate students at all levels in the school. The service objects of the graduate school are tutors, graduate students and candidates preparing to apply for graduate students.

1. The 11th Five-Year Plan of postgraduate education in Qiqihar University has been successfully completed. The school has approved the establishment of a new doctoral degree awarding unit. At present, there are three provincial key disciplines such as applied chemistry, analytical chemistry and genetics.
2. The R&D center of flax processing technology engineering was approved as the engineering research center of the Ministry of Education, and the four centers of agricultural products (corn) deep processing engineering technology research center, soybean deep processing engineering technology research center, flax processing technology engineering research center and general polymer composite modification engineering technology research center are the engineering technology research centers of provincial universities.
3. Fine Chemical Laboratory and Agricultural Products Processing Laboratory are key laboratories of provincial universities; Fine Chemical Training Center and Grain, Oil and Food Processing Technology Training Center are provincial-level talent training centers for revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China. The school also has two provincial experimental teaching demonstration centers and a research and development center in Beijing.
