Passport Passport is the most basic material for us to work abroad, because the work visas we apply for to work abroad are all indicated on the passport page. Passport is a booklet, which is actually an international identity document to prove that we are citizens of China. Friends who are not familiar with photo protection can view photos or contents of passports online. Usually, the first page contains passport number, name, date of birth, gender, issuing authority and expiration date. Then open the passport page of the visa, and then our entry and exit records.
So how to apply for a passport? Actually, it's easy to apply for a passport. We just need to bring our ID cards and household registration books to the exit-entry administration department of the Public Security Bureau. After that, we need to take pictures. According to the situation of each region, the handling fee is about 160 yuan. It's much more convenient now than before. It is no problem to apply for a passport elsewhere. For example, I have a Shanxi hukou, but I work in Beijing, and I can also apply for a passport in Beijing.
You need to prepare a resume and photos. Some projects also need a notarized diploma, some projects need a language proficiency certificate or a class certificate, and some projects need a technical notarization certificate, such as a chef's notarization certificate, an electrician's certificate, and a welder's certificate. Of course, some projects don't.
4. Signing a contract on the one hand, signing a service agreement with an intermediary agency, and on the other hand, signing a labor contract with an employer. Because this is an employment relationship with the employer, an employment contract needs to be signed. Be sure to check the contents of the contract carefully before signing it, in case you are cheated!
5. Conduct skills training before going abroad for labor service. Participate in skills training or language training according to the job skills requirements. Different projects, different training contents.
6. Be patient. Different countries and projects have different treatment cycles. The fastest days, the slowest months, about 6 to 9 months. So be patient and be prepared.
Finally, I want to say, don't set too high a goal for working abroad, and don't trust the high salary, high treatment and low requirements of the intermediary, because the possibility is a trap. Therefore, before going abroad to work, we should try our best to understand, compare and verify the obtained information about going abroad to prevent being deceived.
