If no rider takes the order, it must be a waste order, that is, the order is unsuccessful. When placing an order, the general rider will take the order in the shortest time and the merchant will take the order. If the rider does not take the order, the order can be cancelled after a certain period of time, and the platform will refund.
There are several possibilities for the rider not to accept the order:
First, the time to order takeout. Generally, there are very few take-away workers in the early morning. The list was sent out and no one took the order. If the time is exceeded, the order will be cancelled automatically.
Second, the delivery price is relatively low. During many rush hours, the delivery staff have many orders, and some low-priced ones are unwilling to take them, which leads to the delay of the orders.
Third, the distribution area is related. Some distribution areas are complicated or difficult, and the delivery staff are unwilling to take orders. Some customers' addresses are vague, and the delivery staff are afraid of losing time and are unwilling to take orders.
