1. The construction enterprise applying for this qualification must have the second-class qualification of mechanical and electrical equipment installation and the second-class qualification of building curtain wall.
2. Construction enterprises have undertaken the following projects in recent five years, and the project quality is qualified:
(1) Two or more mechanical and electrical equipment installation projects with a single contract value of more than 5 million yuan are the construction units;
(2) Two curtain wall projects with a height of more than 60 meters and a unit engineering quantity of more than 6000 square meters; Or 4 building curtain walls with a height of more than 20 meters and a unit engineering volume of more than 2000 square meters;
3. The manager of the construction unit has more than 10 years project management experience; The chief engineer has more than 6 years experience in construction management of electromechanical, curtain wall and photovoltaic system, and has a senior title, and the financial controller has an intermediate or above accounting title.
There are not less than 60 engineering economic managers with professional titles in the construction enterprise, including not less than 30 engineering technicians; Among the engineering and technical personnel, there are not less than 20 people with intermediate or above titles, and there are all relevant personnel in photovoltaic system, architecture, structure, machinery, materials and photoelectric system integration.
A construction enterprise shall have more than 7 second-class or above construction engineers.
4. The registered capital of the construction enterprise is more than 20 million yuan, and the net assets of the enterprise are not less than 25 million yuan.
5. The highest annual project settlement income of the construction unit in recent three years is more than 60 million yuan.
6. The construction enterprise has testing equipment matching the production, manufacture and installation of photovoltaic building materials and components; And must have more than 2 (1) laser dicing machines; (2) More than two solar cell sorters; (3) More than two solar cell laminators; (4) 1 above solar cell tester; (5) 1 above solar cell module tester; It has a workshop area of not less than 3,000 square meters for producing, processing and producing photovoltaic building materials and components.
Scope of contracted works:
Can undertake photovoltaic building photovoltaic power station projects that do not exceed 5 times of the registered capital of the enterprise.
