Be careful when looking at the house. Two people should go down step by step in the order of bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedroom and balcony and make detailed records. If there is any problem with the house during this period, please consult with the landlord as soon as possible, or modify or record it in your supplementary terms, otherwise these may be detained when handing over the house.

Describe in detail the points that should be paid attention to in each room:

Toilet: whether the wall is complete and the water flow is smooth (toilet, washbasin and shower should be opened for personal use. If possible, it is best to pour a whole basin of water into the water. If the water is not smooth, it will really kill your heart), whether there is rust and water stains on the ground, if so, you need to think more and prove that this place is easy to accumulate water; 、

Some things provided by the landlord are indeed dated, so it is necessary to specify in the contract that the older household appliances are really broken, the renter is not the responsible party, and the landlord needs them.

Pay more attention to the above when looking at the house. Just sign a formal rental agreement. When signing the agreement, you need to look at the house book carefully to determine whether the landlord rents the house directly.
