2. Log on to Hainan Airlines website and enter the mobile phone number, reservation order number or ticket number of the reservation order for inquiry.
3. At the departure airport, check at the Hainan Airlines service counter with your ID card or print the travel to travel itinerary directly on the airport self-service equipment.
4. E-mail: After the ticket purchase is successful, HNA will send the e-ticket to your e-mail, and the ticket number is in the e-ticket. Boarding pass: Hainan Airlines will issue your boarding pass after you check in, and the ticket number will also be on the boarding pass.
