The mobile phone always restarts automatically. What's with rebooting every few minutes?

If you use a Huawei mobile phone, please solve it according to the following methods:

1. Please check whether the battery of the mobile phone is sufficient.

Please keep your mobile phone fully charged. Low battery power will cause the phone to turn off. When the battery charge is lower than 3%, please don't try to turn it on to avoid battery damage. It is recommended that you charge more than 3% before trying to turn it on.

Did you press the power button by mistake?

Probably put the phone in your pocket or bag, plug it in the power button and restart it. Please be careful not to squeeze the power button. If it is squeezed for more than 10 second, the phone will automatically restart.

3. Check whether the mobile phone is in an environment with too high or too low temperature.

Too low or too high temperature will trigger the low or high temperature protection function of the mobile phone, resulting in automatic shutdown or restart. It is recommended that you try to keep your mobile phone at an ideal temperature (0℃ to 35℃).

4. Check whether the time switch machine is set.

I suggest you check whether the time switch function is turned on (go to Settings and search for time switch). If set, the phone will automatically turn on or off.

5. Check whether the storage space is enough.

It may be that the phone has too many cache files and insufficient memory. It is suggested that you use the mobile phone housekeeper to clean up the storage space of your mobile phone in time, uninstall uncommon applications and keep enough storage space (above 20%).

6. Try to remove the external memory card.

Abnormal external memory card may cause the mobile phone to shut down or restart automatically. If you use an external memory card, I suggest you take out the external memory card and observe it for a period of time.

7. Try to restore factory settings or system repair.

Installing incompatible software may also cause the phone to turn off or restart. It is recommended that you back up the application data (WeChat /QQ and other applications need to be backed up separately), uninstall the software downloaded and installed in the non-Huawei application market and try again.

If the above methods fail, it is recommended that you back up important data (WeChat /QQ and other applications need to be backed up separately), restore your mobile phone to factory settings and try again.

If the factory settings are invalid, try to repair the system with electronic recovery or mobile assistant. Operation method:

(1) Repair the system through electronic recovery.

Please connect the mobile phone to the charger or computer USB with the data cable, and press and hold the volume up button+power button at the same time, and let go after the mobile phone enters Huawei system recovery mode. After entering (EMUI 10.0 and above, you need to click upgrade mode > ERecovery mode), click Download the latest version and restore > Download and restore > Connect WLAN network and restore the system according to the prompts.

Tip: When Mate30 Pro/Mate30 RS is turned on, press the power button continuously until it enters eRecovery mode.

(2) using mobile assistant to repair the system

A. Install the latest version of the mobile assistant on the computer;

B. After the mobile phone is turned off, connect the computer with a USB data cable, and press and hold the volume down button+power button for a few seconds to enter the quick start mode.

Tip: When Mate 30 Pro/Mate 30 RS is turned off, connect the mobile phone to the computer through USB cable, and press the power button for 3~5 times continuously for a few seconds, then the screen will light up and the mobile phone will enter the fast boot mode.

C. open the mobile assistant on the computer > system repair > continue > start repair. After the repair is completed, the phone will automatically restart and enter the main interface.

Warm reminder: using eCoverage or mobile assistant to repair the system may cause data loss. It is recommended to back up the data in advance (third-party applications such as QQ and WeChat need to be backed up separately).

If the above methods fail to solve your problem, please back up your information in advance (third-party applications such as QQ and WeChat need to be backed up separately), and bring the purchase voucher to Huawei Customer Service Center for testing and processing.
