In September, 2007, CCCC Second Waterway Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. signed the Investment and Construction Contract of the Fifth Xiangjiang Bridge with Zhuzhou Municipal Government, and undertook the investment and construction of this project in BT mode, with a total investment of about 455 million yuan, which is expected to be completed in 2010/year.
