Applicants log on to the above website from February 28th to March 6th, and submit their personal information and a recent two-inch bareheaded photo, with a color digital ID photo with a resolution of about 350dpi and a specification below 100KB, and pay the registration fee of RMB 80 yuan through online banking. The registration system will be closed on March 6th 17:30.
