3. Technology Innovation Fund for Small and Medium-sized Science and Technology Enterprises

6. Development Fund for Township Enterprises
According to the provisions of the Law on Township Enterprises, people's governments at or above the county level may set up township enterprise development funds. Its source is mainly the liquidity allocated by the government for the development of township enterprises.
In addition to the development fund for township enterprises, financial loans to support the development of township enterprises also include special loans for township enterprises in the central and western regions, discount loans for demonstration projects of East-West cooperation, discount loans for township enterprises in ethnic minority areas, and poverty alleviation and development loans.
