The days of selling electricity in Shanghai.

Speaking of "telemarketing", I believe everyone was absolutely disgusted at first, and felt deceptive and embarrassed to mention it.

That's what I thought at first. I usually hang up as soon as I get a sales call to avoid being cheated. But half a month's telemarketing in Shanghai not only changed my original idea, but also made me re-examine the telemarketing profession, making me realize that telemarketing is not easy.

Before I went to Shanghai, I put in a lot of resumes on the online recruitment website, but I didn't put in telemarketing. Somehow, this family (I won't give my name because of trade secrets) called me and asked me if I had any intention. I said I had no experience, but the man said it didn't matter. I got a brief understanding of the basic situation and asked him to send you the basic information.

After I hung up the phone, I kept thinking, why don't I invest in this company and know that I am looking for a job and know my information? Later, I went and listened to their explanation. They had joint partners and big data could be collected. This is also the reason why people's information is easy to leak now. What's even more frightening is that the class teacher said that the boss of the company can steal all the money in her bank card at any time after a person withdraws money a second ago. Why not do this? Because there is a legal and personal moral bottom line. Now I think about it or I am afraid that this high-tech hacker is robbing the conscience of how much money.

Talk too much, digress, and call back.

After I arrived in Shanghai, I checked the company address first, and it was true, so I went for an interview at the appointed time.

Because I went early, there were not many people, but 100 people came one after another. It really deserves to be a big company with deep pockets. I waited quietly. In the process of communicating with people next to me, I found that many people did not vote for this company. I guess the company was too short of people, so I cast a lot of nets and suddenly felt much more relaxed. It seems that everyone is here to test the water.

Soon I was grouped, and after I went in with everyone, I sat there very seriously and dared not make any moves. The interviewer was very kind and asked us some questions casually, such as: why do you want to do telemarketing, how old are you, where is your home, do you have a boyfriend and so on. A ***7 people, and finally only one person was eliminated. At the beginning, they said that they would destroy ordinary people, and the previous tension disappeared. Then talk about salary and get an offer, which is not much different from ordinary companies.

After the interview is a two-day weekend. Big cities are good, and weekends are so punctual.

Get up at seven o'clock on Monday, start a new life with excitement and expectation, and go to work. I waited by the subway for a while, and the subway came. It is really crowded. I didn't feel this way the other day. I didn't realize what holding my breath was until I got to work, and I didn't even have room to turn around.

When we came to the company, the person in charge asked us to go to the designated place. Everyone is sitting there. It's almost ten o'clock. At first, everyone sent a package of contracts, employment guidance and so on, and everyone sent a laptop. Really rich. Later, I learned that it was all work needs, so it was nothing. Then follow the steps to fill in the work procedure.

At noon, we were arranged to another place, and then we began to eat. I really think the food next to the office building is expensive, so there is no meal below 20% discount. Poor me.

In the afternoon, I dawdled there for a long time, saying that I would train for four days from tomorrow, and there would be a basic exam and a speech exam after the training. As soon as the exam arrived, everyone's nerves became tense. The head teacher comforted us that as long as we study hard, we will pass. If there is no elimination ratio, we will pass the basic questions above 80 points, make-up exams 60 to 80 points, and eliminate them below 60 points. Speech 10 points system, with a score of 5 or above being qualified, and being encouraged to pass. Then organize us to get to know each other and perform programs in groups to enhance understanding and friendship between colleagues.

The next day is training. This training is really full of work, which makes me re-recognize this position and have a better understanding of advertising. I know that the advertisements that appear when you open an app generally have names, called screen opening brushes, as well as information flow advertisements, CPT, GD, CPA and so on. It's really interlaced like a mountain. I am very excited about the new knowledge field, and I have learned a lot of things I didn't know before. I seriously remember that the teacher said that I didn't need to remember, and they would all be posted in the group. After two days of training, the exam began the next morning. I read my notes the night before, and I was very excited. Speech training is listening to excellent recordings. I may have never been exposed to this line, I didn't know what the key point was, I felt bored and almost fell asleep, but I persisted for the exam. Thankfully, I also missed the pronunciation test.

After training for almost a week, I feel relaxed and like it very much. I didn't know how difficult it was until I got to the back. Two-thirds of people can't persist and leave their jobs automatically. Alas … it's really not easy to do any work.

On Monday, I went to work on time and said I was going to make a real phone call. Looking at the computer and telephone in front of me, I was at a loss. I looked around and found that everyone around me was like me. Finally, I got up the courage to make the first call, my voice and hands were shaking, but I still crustily skin of head and continued to sell. Later, it became more and more fluent and played for a long time.

The next day, we moved to another place, saying it was a probation period, and we had tasks: the average daily call volume was 90 minutes, the number of calls was 90, the effective calls were 4, and the business opportunities were 2. Hearing this, everyone began to shout. Some people thought it was simple, while others thought it was unnecessary to follow. It's no use talking, but make a phone call. Some people just get bored after playing 10 minutes, and quit if they don't want to do it.

On the third day, the work trial was officially started, and everyone made a phone call in an attempt to complete the process first. But in the afternoon, someone issued a business opportunity, only to remember that the process quantity is of course important and the business opportunity is the most important, and began to look for possible business opportunities. Business opportunities are really not so easy to find, otherwise everyone wouldn't have to suffer so much. In the evening, more than a dozen people resigned, and the rest were still insisting. The next day, I was still on the phone, looking for business opportunities and completing the process. Almost ten people insisted on not leaving. On the way, some people let experienced people impart their experience and beat the blood, but it is still difficult to stay. Watching a group of people leave, and the people on the left have left, it's really not a taste in my heart. If it's not my taste, I'll stick to it until the end of this month.

Finally, the process was completed, but I didn't issue a business opportunity. I don't want to hold on any longer, so I offered to resign. When I left, the manager asked me why I resigned, and business opportunities would be cultivated. I politely declined and left.

During this period, I met a small partner, who was very powerful and very nice. Chatting, procedures and business opportunities have all been completed, but she said that it is terrible to think about calling every day after living here. Alas ..... I really think that those who can stay until the end are either persistent and capable, or those who really love this business and are willing to learn.

As the saying goes, 360 lines is the best, but it is not easy to do every line well.

The days of telemarketing in Shanghai really benefited a lot and I felt a lot. I believe that no matter what I do in the future, I will appreciate the experience of this half a month.
