Since 2009, ABC has held two consulting seasons in March and September every year, each lasting for three months, during which the consulting team of ABC will provide public welfare consulting services for 3-5 NGO customers. The consulting team consists of expert consultants, project directors, project managers, project consultants and other professional volunteers.
ABC always takes the leading consulting company as the benchmark, and strictly demands and controls the project quality. All the consulting schemes of ABC are based on in-depth research on the current situation of customers and systematic and logical consulting methods, adhering to the concept that "it is better to teach people to fish than to teach them to fish", and strive to really help customers solve problems and enhance their capabilities.
ABC has three basic requirements for consulting projects: professionalism, pertinence and landing.
Professionalism: ABC volunteers not only come from leading consulting companies, well-known enterprises at home and abroad and famous universities, but also undergo strict selection and training; The consulting team adopts professional consulting methods and tools to help customers systematically and logically analyze and solve problems;
Targeted: ABC does not expect to solve all the problems of customers, but strives to solve the most important problems of customers at the moment;
Landing: Due to the limited resources and capabilities of small and medium-sized NGOs, ABC requires the consulting team's solution to be executable and achievable based on the current situation of customers.
ABC charity consultation training camp
Public consultation training camp is pre-job training provided by ABC to potential volunteers, aiming at improving the comprehensive quality of volunteers and further selecting volunteers through one-month training. ABC cooperates with leading consulting companies in the industry and invites senior experts in the fields of consulting, public welfare and management to provide volunteers with all-round public welfare consulting training, so as to help volunteers understand the current situation of public welfare development in China, master basic consulting and project skills, and improve their ability of problem analysis and teamwork. The first public welfare consulting training camp was jointly organized by Accenture and ABC, internationally renowned consulting companies.
ABC creatively used ——ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation), a systematic training mode widely used in Europe and America, to design the training module of the training camp. The training module includes: general situation of the development of public welfare industry; Project management; Consulting methods; Business interview skills; Data collection and investigation; Business presentation skills; PPT production skills of business plan, etc. In order to ensure the training quality, ABC has developed a standard courseware for the special training camp as a training outline for instructors, including pre-class reading materials, courseware PPT, training cases, after-class homework, evaluation methods and so on.
ABC lecturers come from Fortune 500 companies and well-known research institutions such as McKinsey, Boston, Accenture, KPMG, Zhenglue Junce, Zero Consulting, Hewlett-Packard and Microsoft. Training combined with knowledge explanation, case analysis, simulation drills, team games and other forms, comprehensively enhance the professional skills and cooperation ability of volunteers, cultivate team feelings and tacit understanding, and lay a solid foundation for future project consulting team cooperation.
