Legal basis: Article 14 of the Regulations on Supervision of People's Courts is mainly responsible for:
(a) to inspect the people's courts, judges and other staff members' compliance with and implementation of state laws and regulations;
(two) to formulate and improve the system of clean government in the people's courts, and to inspect the implementation of the system of clean government by the people's courts and their judges and other staff;
(three) to accept complaints and reports of violations of discipline and law by the people's courts and their judges and other staff;
(four) to investigate and deal with violations of trial discipline, execution discipline and other disciplines by the people's courts and their judges and other staff;
(five) to accept the reconsideration and appeal of judges and other staff members who refuse to accept disciplinary action;
(6) Organizing, coordinating, inspecting, guiding and correcting unhealthy practices that harm the interests of the masses in judicial work, execution work and other court work;
(seven) to organize, coordinate, inspect and guide the prevention of corruption, and educate judges and other staff on judicial integrity and law-abiding.
