I. Main responsibilities and tasks
(a) to study the medium and long-term economic and social development strategy of Fujian Province and related issues;
(two) regularly analyze the economic situation in the province, investigate and understand the economic development trends and contradictions, predict the development prospects, and put forward suggestions and opinions to the provincial government in a timely manner;
(three) to study the hot and difficult issues in the province's economic and social development and relevant countermeasures and suggestions;
(four) to participate in the drafting of important documents and reports of the provincial government, undertake important tasks such as major research assigned by the provincial government, and be responsible for the daily liaison work of the provincial government advisory group;
(five) to participate in the research of important topics of relevant departments and provide consulting and research services for cities, counties and enterprises.
Second, internal institutions.
According to the above responsibilities, the Development Research Center of the provincial people's government has six internal institutions, and the institutional specifications are quite at the level.
(a) the office (marked "Personnel Department") assists the leaders of the center in handling daily administrative affairs and coordinates the work of various departments (rooms) in the center; Responsible for the establishment and personnel work of the center and its subordinate units; Responsible for the secretarial, archival, confidential, supervision, letters and visits, security, financial and logistics management of the center; Responsible for the project management of the center, organize and coordinate social forces to study major projects; Responsible for the daily liaison work of the provincial government advisory group; Assist the leaders of the center to manage the related affairs of subordinate units. (two) the comprehensive research department is responsible for studying the long-term development strategy of our province, regularly analyzing the economic situation of the province, and sorting out and providing relevant comprehensive research and consulting materials. (3) The Industrial Economic Research Office is responsible for studying the hot and difficult issues in the economic development strategy, industrial structure adjustment, industrial and agricultural production and commodity circulation of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries in our province. (four) the financial research office is responsible for studying the development strategy of finance, taxation, finance, securities and insurance in our province; Study the reform of investment and financing system, macro-control and market system construction. (5) The Foreign Economic Research Office is responsible for studying the hot and difficult issues in our province's foreign economic policies and foreign economic activities, and studying the economic trends and development trends in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the Asia-Pacific region and the world. (6) The Social Development Research Office is responsible for studying the macro and strategic issues of coordinated development of science and technology, education, culture, radio and television, health, sports and other undertakings in our province, as well as social security and sustainable development. Party committees of government organs are responsible for the party-mass and discipline inspection work of the center and directly affiliated institutions.
Third, the consulting service center of the Development Research Center of the People's Government of Fujian Province (the brand is Development Research Magazine and Fujian Regional and Enterprise Evaluation Center), which is directly affiliated to the institution, undertakes the management of the local area network, government website and reference room of the Development Research Center of the provincial government and provides information consulting services for research projects; To undertake the editing and distribution of Development Research magazine and Development Research Internal Reference (internal reference), and provide information consulting services for institutions and society; Study enterprise evaluation and regional evaluation, and provide information consulting services for grass-roots units and enterprises.
