National Innovation Project is a wide-ranging and influential project directly set up by the Ministry of Education for college students or teams. It is the continuation and development of the "National Innovative Experiment Plan for College Students" organized and implemented by the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education in 2006. Guochuang Project encourages college students to actively participate in scientific and technological innovation, entrepreneurship practice and social services, and provides various forms of support and resources, including project funds, tutor guidance, entrepreneurship training, entrepreneurship incubation and so on. By participating in the national innovation project, college students can exercise their practical ability, cultivate innovative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit, and enhance teamwork and leadership. College students can declare and implement scientific research projects, plan and practice entrepreneurial projects and carry out social services and public welfare activities. The National Innovation Plan provides a platform for college students to practice and display their talents, and also lays a foundation for their future innovation and entrepreneurship.
