1. Non-Foshan household registration families can only buy 1 suite in the restricted area, but not in the non-restricted area.

2. If non-Foshan registered households have no housing in this city, when purchasing new commercial housing in the restricted area, they must provide the personal income tax payment certificate or social insurance payment certificate that has been paid in Foshan for more than 1 year within two years before the date of purchase, and the paid personal income tax or social insurance payment certificate will not be recognized.

3. Non-Foshan residents who want to buy a house in the restricted purchase area need to submit their ID card, the original and photocopy of their marital status certificate, the original and photocopy of the personal income tax payment certificate of the purchaser in this city (both husband and wife can only provide one of them), or provide proof documents for paying social insurance, and the statement of the purchaser.
