1. Green electricity hydrogen production project: For hydrogen production enterprises with a hydrogen production design capacity of more than 500 m3/h (including 500 m3/h), the electricity fee subsidy of 0. 15-0.20 yuan/kwh will be given according to the actual electricity consumption for hydrogen production with electrolyzed water. The maximum annual subsidy does not exceed 20 million yuan.
2. Construction projects of hydrogen refueling stations: divided into fixed hydrogen refueling stations and temporary hydrogen refueling stations. The subsidy standard depends on the type and construction scale of the hydrogen refueling station. For example, if a 35MPa fixed hydrogenation station with a daily hydrogenation capacity of not less than 500 kg is newly built, rebuilt or expanded, a one-time subsidy of up to 5 million yuan will be given according to 30% of the actual investment in hydrogenation construction. Other types of hydrogen refueling stations also have corresponding subsidy policies.
3. Operation project of hydrogen refueling station: For hydrogen refueling stations with daily hydrogenation capacity of not less than 500 kg and sales price of not more than 35 yuan/kg, the maximum operation subsidy of 5 million yuan per kg shall be given according to the annual cumulative hydrogenation amount.

2. The applicant should be an enterprise and relevant organizations that operate according to law, and no major accidents such as safety and environmental protection have occurred. The projects involved comply with laws and regulations such as safety, environmental protection, construction and fire protection, and are not within the validity period of the list of serious violations of law and dishonesty.
Third, the required materials
The reporting enterprise needs to submit a series of materials, including but not limited to business licenses, project initiation documents, project acceptance reports, relevant contracts and invoices. These materials will be used as the basis for declaration and audit.
Fourth, matters needing attention
1. The reporting enterprise shall ensure that all submitted materials are true and valid, otherwise the reporting result may be affected.
2. The reporting enterprise shall fill in the declaration form in accordance with the prescribed format and requirements, and attach all necessary attachment materials.
3. The deadline for declaration is generally within a period of time after the announcement. Enterprises should pay close attention to relevant notices to ensure that the declaration is completed within the specified time.

1. The applicant shall be an enterprise and relevant organization operating according to law. 3. Please ask the competent departments of industry and informatization of all districts (cities) and counties to verify the authenticity of the application materials of enterprises before April 30, 2024, and conduct online review and submission of the materials according to the basic standards determined in the declaration notice. At the same time, the recommendation report and the project summary table will be submitted to the New Energy, Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Industry Department of the Municipal Economic and Information Bureau in written form (the recommendation report must indicate: "The above recommended projects have been verified by our bureau, and the application materials are complete and meet the application conditions").
