What you have to do is to seize the boss's 10 second free time, clearly tell him that you have about 10 minutes to report your work, and let the boss decide the time.

In addition to reporting work, newcomers in the workplace need the following three points:

1. Show your boss the ability to solve problems and deliver results. For the boss, the most important thing is that you solve the problem and finish the work. If you stay in this industry for a long time, even if you get a promotion and a raise, you must show your boss your ability to solve problems and deliver results. Following the previous example, the boss asked you to update 10 originals every day. But as a newcomer, it is difficult to finish the original 10 article every day. Why don't you just tell the boss that you can't finish it? Of course not. You need to break down your work objectives and mobilize the resources around you to complete them with all your strength. You can output 2 copies yourself, find resources and contacts to contribute 3 copies, and establish a submission mechanism for fans to contribute 3 copies ... So, in the face of "disgusting" KPI, you should also work hard to complete it, speak with the results, submit a work plan to your boss, and show your work ability.

2. Show the boss the ability of teamwork. In any company today, teamwork is indispensable, so your teamwork ability is very important. Simply put, at work, you share tasks and solve problems with your colleagues; In private, you become friends with colleagues and bosses. If you can do these two things, then your teamwork ability is definitely not bad.

3. Tell your boss your values. When you get along with your boss, your values should be consistent with those of the company. Work in the workplace is to do practical things. You can convey your values to your boss through your work. Any boss will appreciate newcomers who work hard and have clear goals.
