Rapid welding technology of steel bar

1 the technical performance index of welded steel mesh shall conform to the relevant provisions of the current national standard "welded steel mesh for reinforced concrete" GB/T 1499.3.

2. Hot-rolled wire rods for cold-drawn smooth steel bars should adopt high-speed wire rods that meet the current national standards GB/T 70 1.

3 the diameter of cold-drawn smooth steel bar is 4 ~ 12 mm, and the surface of steel bar should comply with the corresponding provisions of the current national standard "cold rolled ribbed steel bar" GB 13788. The mechanical properties and technological properties of steel bars shall comply with the provisions in Table E.0.3.

4 For each batch of welded mesh, one mesh should be randomly selected, and two samples should be taken from the longitudinal and transverse reinforcement, and the strength (including elongation) and bending tests should be carried out respectively. Each sample contains at least one welding point, and the length of the sample should be enough to ensure that the distance between the clamps is not less than 20 times the diameter of the sample and not less than 180MM. For reinforcement, a non-tensile reinforcement shall be cut off at a position about 20MM from the cross weld (Figure E.0.4).

If the tensile and bending test results of welded mesh are unqualified, double samples should be taken from the same type of mesh of this batch of welded mesh for inspection of unqualified items. Only when the reinspection results are all qualified can the batch of welding nets be judged to be qualified.

5 A piece of mesh is randomly selected from each batch of welding nets, and three shear samples are randomly intercepted on the same unstretched steel bar (usually fine steel bar) (Figure E.0.5). When steel bars are assembled, one untensioned steel bar shall be cut off at the intersection solder joint, but the solder joint of the tensioned steel bar shall not be damaged.

The shear strength (unit "n") of welded joints of welded steel mesh shall not be less than 0.3 times the specified yield force of tensile steel bars of the sample. The shear test results shall be calculated as the average of three samples.

If the average shear test result of welded mesh is unqualified, double samples shall be taken for reinspection. When the average test results are qualified, the batch of welded nets can be judged as qualified.

Note: When the two-way plate welding net is laid in a double-layer way (only refer to the situation in Figure 5.2. 10A), the shear requirement of the solder joint can be multiplied by the coefficient of 0.8 according to the specified value in this article.
