This year and next will be a great year for the construction of Hangzhou subway. According to various sources, it is estimated that six subway lines will be built and opened to traffic intensively in 2020-202 1 year. It will be more and more convenient for Hangzhou citizens to travel.

Metro 1 Line 3

There are 5 stations in the third phase of Metro 1 Line, with a total length of 1 1.2 km. It starts from Xiasha binjiang station in the west and ends at Xiaoshan International Airport Station, which is the first subway leading to the airport in Hangzhou. At present, the line is undergoing mechanical and electrical installation, debugging, station entrance and other ancillary structures construction, and it is planned to be completed by the end of this year.

When the third phase of 1 line is completed, it will be seamlessly connected with Line 7 and Airport Express Line, connecting Xiaoshan Airport, hangzhou east railway station, Hangzhou City Station, Hangzhou Passenger Transport Center and other transportation hubs, so as to realize seamless transfer of aviation, high-speed rail and long-distance buses.

Metro Line 3 Phase I Project

The first phase of Line 3 consists of main line and branch line. The main line starts from Qiancun Station in Wu Shan and ends at Xingqiao Road Station, with a total length of 48.8km, all of which are underground. Set up 35 stations (including Baijiayuan Station on the main line); The branch line starts from Xiaoheshan Station in Xihu District and ends at Baijiayuan Road Station, with a line length of 8.6km, all of which are underground. The first phase of Line 3 is expected to open in 2022.

Phase II of Metro Line 4

The starting point of the second phase project of Hangzhou Metro Line 4 is Pengbu Station (excluding), the operation end point of the first phase project of Line 4, and the end point is Sandun Zijingang Road Station. The total length of the line is 23.9 kilometers, all underground, with 15 stations. At present, the main structure of several sites has been capped, which is expected to be completed on 202 1.

Metro Line 6 (including Fuyang section)

The first phase of Metro Line 6 starts from Shuangpu Station in Zhijiang New Town in the west and ends at Fengbei Station in Xiaoshan Asian Games Village. Station 19, connecting Xihu District, Binjiang District and Xiaoshan District.

Hangzhou-Fuyang Intercity Railway starts from Xiangshan Station of Academy of Fine Arts on Line 6 and ends at Guihua West Road Station in Fuyang District, with 2 underground stations/KLOC-0. The Hangzhou-Fuzhou subway will be operated as part of Hangzhou Metro Line 6. The first phase of Line 6+Hangzhou Double Track is expected to be completed by the end of 2020.

The second phase of Metro Line 6, Fengbei-Goujunong Station, is expected to be completed on 202 1.

Metro Line 7

The whole line of Hangzhou Metro Line 7 is expected to be opened to traffic on 202 1, and all stations will be under construction in 2020. There will be two subways leading to the airport in Hangzhou.

The first phase of Metro Line 8 has a total length of 17. 1 km, starting from Wenhai South Road Station Interchange 1 line and ending at Wan Xin Road Station. There are 8 stations in total, all of which are underground. At present, the main structures of all stations on Line 8 have been completed, and the shield construction is being fully promoted. The whole line is scheduled to be completed on 202 1.

After the line is completed and opened to traffic, it will connect Xiasha, Hezhuang, Peng Yi, Wan Xin and other areas, and the 40-minute detour time between the east and west banks of Qiantang River will be shortened to 5 minutes, which will greatly strengthen cross-strait interconnection, promote economic development along the line, and provide guarantee for traffic during the 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games.

Metro line 9

The first phase of Metro Line 9 is divided into south section and north section. The southern section starts from Sijiqing Station and ends at the passenger center station. The northern section starts from Linping Station and ends at Changda Road Station. The length of the line is about 6. 109 km, and there are 4 new stations.

The line is scheduled to be put into trial operation in 20021year. At that time, the Linping section of the existing subway 1 line will be split into Metro Line 9.

Metro1Line 1

Line 10 of Hangzhou Metro Phase I starts from Zhejiang University Station and ends at Xinxing Road Station, with a total length of 15. 184 km and 2 stations 12, including 6 transfer stations, all of which are underground.

It is understood that at present, four stations have completed the construction of the main structure, and the rest stations are actively promoting the construction of the main structure, and the interval shield is also advancing simultaneously. It is expected to open in 2022.

Progress of Airport Express Line and Intercity Railway

Airport track express line

Airport Express Rail is one of the routes approved by the third phase of Hangzhou urban rail transit construction planning, with a total length of 58.5 kilometers and 15 stations. It is expected to be completed and opened to traffic in 2022.

Hangzhou-Shanghai intercity railway

The Hangzhou-Shanghai intercity railway project has a total length of 48. 1km, with three stations 13, starting from high-speed railway station, Yuhang, Hangzhou, and ending at the international campus station of Zhejiang University in Haining (Biyun Station is temporarily suspended). The Hangzhou-Shanghai intercity railway is expected to be completed and opened to traffic in July next year.

Hangde intercity railway

The Hangde Line is scheduled to be completed and opened to traffic in 2022.
