2. Matters needing attention in the transaction

(1) Housing Authority Search

Before signing the contract, the landlord must bring his own certificate to the Housing Authority for a search to determine the property rights information of the house, such as the property owner, whether * * * has property rights, whether there is mortgage, whether it has been sealed up, etc. If there is a property right dispute, the search paper is clear at a glance.
