1, register. Distribute the "Registration Form of Basic Situation of Intentional Employment" to the fresh college graduates who intend to work in our district, organize registration, and inform the interview time and place.
2. Interview evaluation. The evaluation team will interview the applicants one by one, and according to the interview results, the evaluation team will collectively study and determine the preliminary candidates.
3. Organize inspection. For graduates who have passed the interview, the evaluation team will go to the relevant departments of the school to check the student status files, visit the class teacher and department head of the student, and make a comprehensive inspection of the student's political stance and realistic performance.
4. Sign the agreement. Those who pass the interview and inspection shall sign an intentional employment agreement with the employer.
5. Qualification examination. After graduation, the contracted college students bring the original employment agreement and graduation certificate to the District Personnel Bureau for qualification examination. Do not meet the introduction conditions, cancel the recruitment qualification.
6. Physical examination. After the college students who signed the employment agreement report to the unit after graduation, the employer and the district personnel bureau will organize a physical examination in the designated hospital. If the medical examination is unqualified, the recruitment qualification will be cancelled.
7. Publicity. The personnel to be hired shall be publicized after being examined and approved by the organization and personnel department. After the expiration of the publicity period, go through the employment procedures.
