First, the psychological counselor registration conditions: (only need a copy of the certificate)
1, having worked in this major for more than 4 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of psychological counselor.
2. Get a master's degree in psychology, education and medicine, and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years.
3. Have intermediate professional titles in psychology, pedagogy and medicine, and have been engaged in psychological counseling for more than 3 years.
4. Have senior titles in psychology, education and medicine, and have been engaged in psychological counseling for over 1 year.
The above applicants must go through the formal training of psychological counselors, reach the required standard hours, and obtain the certificate of completion before they can take the national unified appraisal examination for psychological counselors (anyone with one of the above conditions can).
Second, introduce training courses.
Vocational training appraisal uses the National Vocational Qualification Training Course for Psychological Counselors designated by the Training and Employment Department of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, including the first volume of Basic Knowledge and the second volume of Job Requirements, which are published by the National Press, and a professional ethics book.

Practical knowledge
Practical knowledge learning includes practical professional knowledge and practical skill knowledge.
1. There are three courses of practical professional knowledge:
1) Mental health and mental disorders:
The main contents of the course include: mental health and mental health standards, evaluation of mental health level, standards and principles for distinguishing normal and abnormal psychology, concrete manifestations and reasons of common psychological obstacles, and basic problems of mental health work. The course of Mental Health and Mental Disorders provides principles, contents and diagnostic criteria for psychological diagnosis.
2) Counseling psychology:
This paper expounds the basic concepts, theoretical viewpoints, objects, tasks and forms of psychological counseling, defines the profession of psychological counselors, and stipulates the general conditions and operational requirements that psychological counselors should have. Counseling psychology provides concepts, theories and tasks for psychological counseling.
3) professional ethics and related legal courses:
The course stipulates the professional ethics standards of psychological counselors, and quotes relevant legal provisions of psychological counseling to lay a good professional ethics and legal foundation for psychological counselors.
2. There are three courses of practical skills knowledge:
1) Related knowledge of psychological diagnosis skills:
This paper expounds the stages and methods of psychological diagnosis, expounds the methods of first-visit reception, how to collect clinical data during the first-visit reception, how to correctly use psychological tests to assist diagnosis, how to sort out clinical data and form a clinical data report, how to form a preliminary impression, how to form a final diagnosis according to the analysis of the general psychological problems and measurement results of the clients, how to determine the referral, and how to deeply discuss the cause diagnosis.
2) Psychological test skills related knowledge:
This course has strong application, and its main content is the use of psychological scale related to psychological diagnosis and the analysis and collation of test results. The course introduces the definition, classification, use requirements and precautions of psychological test in detail, and systematically introduces the contents, use methods and precautions of intelligence test, personality test and evaluation scale respectively.
3) Psychological counseling skills related knowledge:
The course teaches the process and technology of psychological counseling, and explains how to establish a good counseling relationship, how to fully grasp the basic situation of help seekers, how to analyze the types and degrees of psychology, how to formulate counseling programs and the characteristics of counseling at various stages; It also includes individual counseling technology and group counseling technology with psychological counseling technology as the main body.
(2) Practical training
Practical training courses are conducted in the form of face-to-face lectures, skill training, actual combat drills and observation internships, involving three skills: psychological diagnosis skills, psychological testing skills and psychological counseling skills. Training novices take the form of lectures by lecturers, guiding trainees' training, training experience of trainees in groups, and visiting and observing, which is highly participatory, sensitive and practical.
Third, the identification method
The professional qualification appraisal of psychological counselors (national vocational qualification level 2) adopts the examination and certification method organized by the whole country. The exam needs to be conducted in three steps.
(1)[ Basic Qualification Examination]
Basic meaning: classroom-style examination with basic theoretical knowledge and professional basic skills requirements as the main content.
Examination results: Those who pass the examination will get an examination certificate, which will be kept for two years.
(2)[ Application Ability Examination]
Basic meaning: classroom-style examination with the application ability and practical work experience of this profession as the main content.
Application conditions: (Meet the following conditions at the same time)
1), more than one year after the applicant took the Basic Vocational Qualification Examination and passed the examination;
2) Proof that the applicant for the professional tutor visa has completed 50% of the professional report and reached the corresponding standards, and attach all the information of the professional report completed by the applicant;
Examination registration: Candidates who meet the registration requirements choose to participate.
Examination results: those who get 60% full marks in the first and second parts will get a certificate of examination results, which will be kept for two years.
Fourth, organize the implementation.
(a) to adopt a unified national examination method, by the Ministry of identification center unified proposition, unified marking, unified examination time, provincial identification center unified organization examination registration, examination implementation and examination management.
(two) the above three kinds of exams are held once a year on the same day in the second and fourth quarters.
Five, make-up examination management measures
1.[ Basic Vocational Qualification Examination]
(1) Candidates failed in the first and second parts, and they must take all the Basic Qualification Tests when applying for appraisal again.
(2) Candidates who fail in the first part or the second part may apply for a make-up exam in the corresponding part of the next national unified examination. Among them, those who fail because of the negative part only need to make up the corresponding negative part.

(1) If any part or two of the candidates fail, they can take the failed part of the exam as a make-up exam within one year, and the number of make-up exams is unlimited.
(2) If the candidate still fails to pass the make-up exam, it will be deemed as unqualified.

7. Certificate issuance
