1. The office is mainly responsible for the finance, personnel, foreign affairs, file management and daily affairs of the Association;

3. The second business department is mainly engaged in organizing and coordinating the research and planning of international non-governmental cooperation, and undertaking overseas investment services;

4. The training department mainly focuses on the needs of enterprises to "go global" and organizes targeted personnel training to help enterprises cultivate a group of high-quality talents who can adapt to the development of overseas business and have the ability to operate internationally;

5. The market research department is mainly engaged in the research of the international capital market, planning and assisting relevant departments to organize the capital operation of China enterprises in the international market;

6. The Investment Information Consulting Department is mainly responsible for establishing and managing the website and information base of the Association to provide services for overseas investment business;

7. The General Department is mainly responsible for serving and developing members, summarizing the quarterly and annual work of the Association, and approving branches and liaison offices.
