Approved temporary occupation of urban roads: (1) temporary enclosure facilities for street-facing construction projects; (2) Temporary stacking area for street-facing construction materials.
Buildings or structures that have been requisitioned in urban road planning control areas before the formulation or revision of urban planning are not charged for urban road occupation fees, but their original uses may not be changed.
(2) Licensing standards
The longest period of temporary occupation of urban roads is 1 year. If it is necessary to continue to occupy it due to special circumstances, it shall go through the examination and approval procedures again within 2 months before the expiration, and double the urban road occupation fee in addition to the temporary service facilities and public welfare facilities.
(3) the required materials
Application for occupation, the applicant's legal person identity certificate, the notice of positioning and setting-out of the construction project of the Municipal Planning Bureau, and the positioning map.
(4) Acceptance procedures
The undertaker shall examine the application materials. If the materials are complete and meet the statutory conditions, it shall be accepted; If the materials are incomplete or do not conform to the statutory form, the construction unit shall be informed of the contents that need to be corrected on the spot or within 5 working days.
The contractor shall, after confirming that the application materials are complete, conduct on-site investigation and audit, and inform the applicant to occupy the road according to the prescribed standards within 5 working days after the investigation and audit.
