To be honest, this is also a place where many potential consumers who have begun to pay attention to the red flag are distressed. For example, the price of the red flag H9 is really embarrassing. A little more, you can buy a model with good BBA configuration, but more people want to buy it but don't have that much money, so the real high-end model of Hongqi can't be sold. I think E-HS9 will be the same. Coupled with the pure electric SUV, people's choice in this respect is basically Tesla/Tucki.

Perhaps Hongqi released this E-HS9 for another reason, which shows that FAW has a firm attitude towards the new energy development planning, because the previously released Hongqi E-HS3 has received a good response in the market, and I often see it in the online car in Guangzhou, which is also a way to survive.

Hongqi has long understood that it is far from enough to rely on the feelings of selling "national cars". The once "classics" and "old brands" have no competitive advantage under the conditions that are not suitable for modern aesthetics. In Xu Liuping's view, FAW Hongqi's ambition doesn't stop there, because he said at the 12th China Blue Book Forum held in Wuhan that the sales target of Hongqi will double on the basis of this year next year, while the original target of 400,000 vehicles in 2022 will be raised to 500,000-600,000 vehicles, and it is planned to increase from 600,000 vehicles to 700,000-800,000 vehicles in 2025.

First, as a national leader, the parade car has a brand premium comparable to the royal luxury car Rolls Royce. Hongqi wants to become the "first brother" of China Auto again, so that China can truly have a high-end independent brand. This kind of mission and connotation can only be owned by FAW Hongqi, which carries a sense of national mission that other brands do not have. The last card played by Xu Liuping before leaving office is the best opportunity for China's independent brand to truly go high-end!
