(2) Application conditions

7. Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally.
8. Having the educational level and working ability suitable for the post requirements, in which the "professional" condition of the post reported refers to the major corresponding to the "required academic degree".

(3) In any of the following circumstances, registration shall not be granted.
1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes and those who have been dismissed from public office.
2. Persons who have been expelled from the Party membership in China.
3. Persons who are listed as joint disciplinary targets for dishonesty according to law.
4. Persons who are found to have serious violations of employment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels.
5. Civil servants and staff of organs (units) managed according to the Civil Service Law have been dismissed for less than 5 years.
6. On-the-job civil servants and staff of organs (units) managed according to the Civil Service Law (including probation period).
7. Active servicemen.
8. Non-graduates of the class of 2023 (those who study full-time in full-time colleges and universities and have not graduated, cannot apply for the exam on the basis of their academic qualifications).
9. Other persons who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants or people's policemen as stipulated by laws and regulations.
Candidates are not allowed to apply for positions that constitute the circumstances listed in the first paragraph of Article 74 of the Civil Service Law after employment, nor are they allowed to apply for positions of employers with husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations, and close in-laws as leading members.
Second, the recruitment positions and places
In the second half of 2022, public security organs at all levels in our city will recruit 40 people's policemen through public examinations. III. Registration and Qualification Examination
This recruitment takes the form of online registration. Applicants should use the relevant information of valid identity cards to register, and only one recruitment position can be selected. The ID card information reported at the time of registration must be consistent with the ID card used at the time of examination.
2. Fill in the information. Applicants are requested to register according to the online prompts, fill in the Registration Information Form for Civil Servants (Managers) in Sichuan Province in 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the Registration Information Form) truly, accurately and completely, and download the photo review and processing tool (downloaded from the photo uploading place in the registration information form) for photo processing, and upload photos according to the online prompts. Forge or alter the relevant certificates, materials and information to cheat the examination qualification, and deal with it according to the relevant provisions of the Measures for Handling Violations of Civil Servant Recruitment issued by the Central Organization Department and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (No.[202 1] 12 of the Central Organization Department).
3. Query the preliminary qualification examination results. Applicants should log on to the registration website 10 at 8:00 am on October 26th, 2022 to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination. Applicants should register as early as possible within the specified time to avoid failing to pass the preliminary qualification examination and missing the opportunity to apply for other positions. If the applicant fails to pay attention to the results of the preliminary qualification examination in time, all the responsibilities shall be borne by the applicant himself. Those who pass the preliminary qualification examination will print the registration information form in duplicate according to the online prompts for qualification examination. Those who fail in the preliminary qualification examination may change to other qualified positions before the registration deadline. For those who have passed the preliminary qualification examination, the recruitment agency shall keep the "Registration Information Form" of candidates for qualification examination and inspection.
(2) Payment confirmation
Candidates who have passed the preliminary qualification examination should log on to the registration website 165438 before 8:00 am on June 3 to confirm the payment. According to the Notice of the Development and Reform Commission of Sichuan Province and the Department of Finance of Sichuan Province on Continuing to Implement the Administrative Fees of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Sichuan Province (No.539 [2022] of Sichuan Development and Reform Commission), the written examination fee is 50 yuan for each subject and 80 yuan for psychological quality test. Those who fail to confirm the payment within the specified time after online registration are deemed to have given up automatically. Candidates who meet the requirements for reducing or exempting the registration fee do not need to pay the fee after passing the preliminary examination. Candidates who fail to go through the formalities of reduction or exemption within the specified time shall be deemed to have given up automatically and will not be exempted from the examination fee.
1. Urban and rural family candidates who enjoy the national minimum living allowance stipulated in the Interim Measures for Social Assistance (Order No.649 of the State Council) and the Measures for the Implementation of Social Assistance in Sichuan Province (Order No.286 of Sichuan Provincial People's Government) enjoy the minimum living allowance certificate and the extremely poor certificate issued by the county (city, district) civil affairs department;

3. (3) Post adjustment
Generally, it is confirmed that the ratio of the number of people paying fees to the number of places recruited can reach 5: 1, and the positions in hard and remote areas and those in shortage of talents can be relaxed to 3: 1 (see the position table for the specific proportion of each position). After the registration and payment, the organization department of Yibin Municipal Committee will reduce or cancel the employment plan of this position according to the registration situation, and make an announcement on the registration website in time. For the position cancelled by the employment plan, the registration website will refund the fees to the applicants who have paid for the position.
(4) Print the admission ticket
Candidates who have completed the payment confirmation (including fee waiver) should log on to the registration website on June 22nd 165438+1October 25th165438+and print the admission ticket (printed on A4 paper, with black and white color to ensure clear handwriting and photos). If the admission ticket is not printed within the time limit, candidates should bear all the responsibilities that affect the exam. Holders of two certificates are not allowed to enter the examination room. The expired ID card and a copy of the ID card shall not be used as the evidence for taking the exam. The admission ticket is an important document for candidates to participate in written examination, interview and physical examination. Please keep it properly.

The examination is divided into written test, psychological quality test, interview and physical fitness assessment. The total score of the exam is calculated as 100, in which the written test score accounts for 60% of the total score and the interview score accounts for 40% of the total score.

The written subjects of police technical posts are "Administrative Professional Ability Test" and "Shen Lun", with full marks in each subject 100, each accounting for 50% of the written test results; The written test subjects of law enforcement service posts are administrative professional ability test, application and professional subjects, and each subject has a full score of 100, accounting for 40%, 30% and 30% of the written test scores respectively.

Written test score (law enforcement service post) = administrative professional ability test score ×24%+ application score × 18%+ professional subject × 18%+ written test bonus.
2. Time and place of written examination

Give extra points to the written test
(1) Children of public security policemen who have won the title of first-class or second-class hero model in the national public security system, revolutionary martyrs, died in the line of duty, war or were disabled in the line of duty and were rated as level 6 or above, and 3 points will be added after the written test results are converted; Children of public security policemen who have won the first class merit will be given 2 points after the written test scores are converted.
(2) Graduates of public security colleges who have obtained personal first-class merit will receive 2 points after the written test scores are converted.
(3) Outstanding personnel in the "512" Wenchuan earthquake who were commended by the provincial party committee, provincial government and national ministries and commissions or above when applying for civil servants in our city will be rewarded with 1.5 after the written test results are converted, and will be rewarded by the municipal (state), county (city, district) party committees, governments, provincial organs and municipal (state) organs.
In the "4.20" Lushan Earthquake Relief, those who were commended by the Decision of the Sichuan Provincial People's Government of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China on Commending the Advanced Collections and Individuals in the Earthquake Relief of the "4.20" Lushan Earthquake in Sichuan Province (Sichuan Committee [2013] No.255) were given 1.5 points after the scores of all subjects were converted when applying for civil servants in our city.
At the same time, those who meet the conditions for awarding extra points for earthquake relief will not be accumulated, and extra points will be given according to the requirements for extra points. The total score of candidates' bonus points shall not exceed 5 points.
Applicants who meet the above-mentioned bonus points should submit a copy of the admission ticket (indicating their contact telephone number) and the original and copy of relevant certification materials (meritorious service certificate or commendation document, etc.). ) Go to the Municipal Public Security Bureau for preliminary examination before June 29th 165438+. 4. Results query
The written test scores of all subjects will be published on the registration website in late February 2022, 65438. If you have any questions about special circumstances such as missing exams and zero scores, you can log on to the registration website within 2 days from the date of publication of the results and submit an application for verification. The verification results will be published on the website within 3 working days after the application is completed. (2) Psychological quality test
All the people who take the written test have to take the psychological quality test. The psychological quality test was conducted by written test on June 27, 2022, and the test results and written test results were announced at the same time. If the psychological quality test fails to meet the eligibility criteria, it will not enter the next admission procedure.
(3) Qualification examination
Yibin City Public Security Bureau is responsible for qualification examination. Before June 5, 2023, 65438+,among those who passed the psychological quality test, the list of candidates who entered the interview qualification examination was determined from high score to low score according to the candidates' written test scores, which was three times the number of places to be hired (those who missed the written test and violated the rules and regulations were not allowed to enter the qualification examination). If the last written test candidate who intends to enter the interview qualification examination has the same score, the tied personnel will enter the qualification examination together. If the number of people entering the qualification examination is less than 3 times of the employment quota, all those who pass the written examination of the post will enter the interview qualification examination.
Candidates should bring 1 registration information form, valid ID card, diploma, degree certificate (positions with definite degree requirements) and other certificates and materials required by the recruitment agency, and go to the designated place for qualification examination within the specified time. For the vacant positions that fail the qualification examination or the candidates voluntarily give up, among the candidates who apply for the same position and pass the psychological quality test, the replacement personnel are determined according to the written test scores from high to low. Those who fail to participate in the interview qualification examination within the prescribed time limit shall be regarded as candidates' automatic waiver of interview qualification. Those who pass the qualification examination shall pay the interview examination fee 80 yuan according to the provisions of document No.539 [2022] of Sichuan Development and Reform Price Regulation.
(4) Interview
Those who pass the qualification examination shall attend the interview with their valid identity documents and relevant supporting materials. (5) Physical fitness assessment
Candidates who participate in the interview are all assessed for physical fitness. Physical fitness assessment is conducted in a closed place with conditions. The specific time and place of physical fitness assessment shall be notified to the candidates by Yibin Public Security Bureau. The age of candidates participating in the physical fitness assessment is calculated according to the day of their physical fitness assessment. Physical fitness assessment does not calculate scores, and scores are divided into qualified and unqualified. Those who fail the physical fitness assessment will not enter the next examination.

(1) Physical examination
After the interview and physical fitness assessment, among those who pass the physical fitness assessment, the equal number of candidates will be determined according to the number of positions and the order of the total test scores from high to low. If the total score of the exam is the same, the ranking will be determined by the written test results; If the written test scores are the same, the ranking will be determined by the administrative professional ability test, application and professional subject scores. For positions where the actual number of people who participated in the interview did not reach 3 times of the number of people employed, the total score of those who entered the medical examination shall not be lower than the minimum total score of those who entered the medical examination in the province (excluding the replacement medical examination personnel).
The physical examination shall be carried out in the medical institutions designated by the provincial and municipal departments in charge of civil servants. The physical examination standard is in accordance with the Notice on Amending the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [20 16] 140No.) and the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Special Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065]
If the recruitment agency or candidates have doubts about the results of the medical examination items that were not re-examined on the same day or on the spot, they may request re-examination within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the medical examination conclusion. The re-examination is only conducted once, and only the items that have an impact on the physical examination conclusion are re-examined. The conclusion of physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination results. The physical examination items in the Special Standard for Civil Servants' Physical Examination (Trial) will not be re-examined. Those who fail to pass the medical examination or voluntarily give up the vacancy shall be replenished in order of the total score of the examination from high to low (the total score of the replenished personnel shall not be lower than the minimum total score of the medical examination personnel (excluding the replenished medical examination personnel) who have reached the proportion of opening the examination in the province).
(2) Investigation

Candidates who do not meet the requirements of civil servants or do not meet the requirements of applying for positions shall not be determined as candidates. Those who fail the exam or voluntarily give up their vacancies will be replaced by the Organization Department of Yibin Municipal Committee among those who apply for the same job interview and pass the physical examination, according to the total score of the exam from high to low, and the replacement personnel will enter the exam after passing the physical examination.

Examination and approval of intransitive verbs and probation period
