What documents do retirees of public institutions need to apply for housing stickers?

Documents required for applying for residents' housing subsidies: originals and photocopies of the following elements shall be provided when applying:

1. ID cards of myself and my family;

2. Family booklet;

3. Family members' annual income related certification materials or minimum living guarantee certificate, regular quantitative subsidy certificate, regular pension certificate, poor relief certificate and other related documents;

4. Existing housing-related materials;

5. Other special circumstances provide corresponding certificates. After the preliminary examination by the subdistrict office, the examination by the district (county) Housing Authority and the Civil Affairs Bureau, the publicity by the district (county) Housing Authority and the review by the Municipal Bureau of Land and Housing Management, the district (county) Housing Authority will issue the Tianjin Low-cost Housing Rental Subsidy Qualification Certificate to eligible applicants.
