Its main responsibilities are: to organize and implement the project procurement in the centralized procurement catalogue of the central state organs, formulate the operating rules for centralized procurement, train the centralized procurement business personnel, and handle other procurement affairs. The center organizes and implements centralized procurement activities without charging any fees. At present, the center has offices, comprehensive business department, procurement supervision department, procurement department I, procurement department II, procurement department III, project evaluation department and information service department.
The office is responsible for the management of secretarial, personnel, safety, confidentiality, administrative affairs and government procurement files in the center; Responsible for the accounting and management of financial funds, entrusted procurement funds and bid bond of the center; Responsible for the training of centralized procurement business personnel; Responsible for propaganda work; Responsible for matters related to foreign exchanges and cooperation; Undertake the daily work of the CPC Central Committee.
The comprehensive business department is responsible for drafting the implementation plan of centralized government procurement catalogue of central state organs; Responsible for summarizing the centralized procurement plans of each unit; Responsible for drafting internal operating procedures and procurement document templates; Responsible for handling, statistical analysis and reporting of suspicious items of procurement information; To undertake the investigation and study on relevant policies and theoretical issues of government procurement.
The procurement supervision department is responsible for reviewing procurement documents and review results; Responsible for the release of purchasing information; Responsible for the review and supervision of agreed supply, fixed-point procurement and online bidding; Responsible for the selection and evaluation of bid evaluation experts; Responsible for the management of the purchaser's library, supplier's library, commodity information library and the list of demonstration and consultation experts.
The purchasing department is responsible for centralized procurement of information products, mainly including computers, servers, scanners, projectors, photographic equipment, program-controlled switches, printers, network equipment, photocopiers, fax machines, printing equipment, computer general software, computer information system engineering, etc.
Procurement Section II is responsible for centralized procurement of office supplies and office equipment, mainly including automobiles, single air conditioners, office furniture, power distribution equipment, etc. Responsible for centralized procurement and daily management of service items, mainly including automobile maintenance, automobile refueling, automobile insurance, printing, conference services, etc.
The procurement department is responsible for centralized procurement of housing repair, decoration and other engineering projects; Responsible for centralized procurement of elevators, boilers, central air conditioners, building materials and other engineering-related supporting facilities and equipment.

The project review office is responsible for reviewing the procurement documents, organizing and managing the review site of procurement projects, organizing expert review, reviewing experts' scores, drafting the announcement of procurement results, issuing the notice of winning the bid (not winning the bid), post-evaluating the review experts, recording important matters in the review process and filing the procurement documents.
The information service department is responsible for investigating and analyzing the business requirements of the procurement center, proposing the implementation plan of informatization construction and organizing its implementation; Responsible for the maintenance of centralized government procurement information management system; Responsible for the technical support of government centralized procurement information management system and the training and service of system users; Responsible for the statistical analysis and information release of centralized government procurement, and responsible for the construction, management, information update and daily maintenance of the website of government procurement center; Responsible for providing online procurement services for the supply and demand sides of centralized procurement.
