Institutional Functions of China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Medicines and Health Products

The China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Medicines and Health Products has set up several branches and coordination groups according to the needs of its own tasks, which are responsible for the coordinated management and consulting services of import and export commodities respectively. The daily work of the chamber of commerce is presided over by the president, vice president and secretary general. The permanent office is located in Beijing, and consists of the Chinese Medicine Department, the Western Medicine Department, the Legal Department, the Exhibition Department, the Information Department, the Member Department and the Office, which are respectively responsible for handling specific matters of daily work.

I. Office

(a) responsible for coordinating the internal affairs of the Chamber of Commerce;

(two) responsible for formulating and organizing the implementation of the internal management system of the Chamber of Commerce;

(three) responsible for the personnel, finance, administration, logistics, secretarial, archives and retirement work of the Chamber of Commerce.

Management and services of the Department;

(four) to undertake internal meetings of the Chamber of Commerce, such as the president's office meeting;

(five) to be responsible for the social insurance for employees of the Chamber of Commerce and the work related to the "Five Committees";

(six) to undertake other tasks assigned by the leaders of the meeting.

Second, the legal comprehensive department

(a) leading the overall work of the Chamber of Commerce, drafting the annual work plan, work summary and other comprehensive materials related to the overall work of the Chamber of Commerce;

(two) to study industry policies, organize the preparation of industry and chamber of commerce business development plans, and organize the drafting of industry business analysis reports;

(three) to coordinate the government information of the Chamber of Commerce and the propaganda work at home and abroad;

(four) responsible for the establishment of the external network of the Chamber of Commerce, the protocol work of large-scale foreign affairs activities and the preparation and filing of the inspection plan;

(five) to manage the advisory committees, expert committees and international conferences of the Chamber of Commerce;

(six) to take the lead in the construction of industry integrity and foreign trade development strategies such as "brand strategy", "going out" and "rejuvenating trade through science and technology";

(7) Leading the Chamber of Commerce to participate in intergovernmental activities such as joint committees and mixed committees;

Responsible for legal consultation and training in this industry at home and abroad;

(eight) take the lead in early warning of foreign anti-dumping, countervailing, safeguard measures, anti-monopoly and other trade frictions and organize enterprises to deal with them;

(9) Take the lead in handling matters related to intellectual property protection;

Third, the member departments.

(1) To study and formulate membership development plans and organize their implementation;

(two) fully responsible for the development of members, and coordinate the development of members in various departments and offices;

(3) Planning and organizing the implementation of the membership service plan;

(four) responsible for the maintenance of members, the collection of membership fees and the annual examination and renewal of the legal person registration certificate and organization code certificate of the Chamber of Commerce;

(five) to undertake the related affairs of the use of international market development funds for small and medium-sized enterprises;

(six) responsible for the specific organization of the members' congress, the Standing Council and the Council;

(seven) responsible for the organization and management of the medical insurance exhibition area of the Canton Fair;

(eight) other matters assigned by the leadership of the organizer.

Fourth, the Department of Chinese Medicine.

(a) responsible for the formulation and implementation of the import and export development strategy of traditional Chinese medicine and health care products;

(two) responsible for the development and maintenance of Chinese medicine health care industry members, responsible for the organization and liaison work of Chinese medicine expert committees;

(three) responsible for the coordination, guidance, standard setting, training, consulting and service of the import and export of traditional Chinese medicine and health care products;

(four) responsible for the management of pharmaceutical and health care products branch;

(five) to undertake the management and coordination of the pre-approval and bidding of traditional Chinese medicine health care products entrusted by the government;

(six) to undertake the liaison, service and promotion of the national pharmaceutical export base;

(seven) to be responsible for the guidance and service of domestic and foreign registration and certification of medical and health products;

(eight) to coordinate the import and export of endangered wildlife products;

(nine) responsible for the early warning and investigation of technical barriers to trade and trade friction of traditional Chinese medicine and health care products, and cooperate with the Legal Department to do a good job in responding to the lawsuit;

(ten) to organize member enterprises to explore domestic and foreign markets and carry out economic and technological exchanges and cooperation;

(eleven) to undertake other tasks assigned by the leaders of the meeting.

Six, medical equipment department

(a) responsible for the formulation and implementation of the import and export development strategy of medical devices (including dressings, pharmaceutical machinery and packaging machinery);

(two) responsible for the development and maintenance of medical device industry members, responsible for the organization and liaison of medical device expert committees;

(three) responsible for the coordination, guidance, standard setting, training, consulting and service of medical devices;

(four) responsible for the management of medical device commodity branch;

(5) To be responsible for early warning of foreign trade frictions such as anti-dumping, countervailing, safeguard measures and anti-monopoly of medical device products,

And cooperate with the legal comprehensive department to do a good job in responding to the lawsuit;

(six) to organize member enterprises to explore domestic and foreign markets and carry out economic and technological exchanges and cooperation.

Seven. Ministry of information

(a) to manage the business information of the Chamber of Commerce, collect and sort out the information of the medical and health care industry, and provide information consulting services;

(two) responsible for the development of medical and health products information market;

(3) Development and maintenance of databases related to the medical insurance industry;

(four) responsible for receiving, sorting, maintaining, managing, analyzing and querying the customs data of the industry;

(five) editing and publishing medical insurance information, customs data, information extracts and other publications and materials;

(six) responsible for the construction, maintenance, management and daily information service of the information website of the Chamber of Commerce and the Sino-British trade website;

(seven) responsible for the planning and implementation of office automation of the Chamber of Commerce, daily maintenance of equipment and technical guidance;

(8) Maintaining and developing members;

(nine) to undertake other tasks assigned by the leaders of the meeting.

Eight. Exhibition department

(a) to formulate and implement the exhibition development plan and annual plan of the Chamber of Commerce;

(2) Organizing enterprises to participate in international professional exhibitions of medicines and health products at home and abroad;

(three) responsible for the international professional exhibition of medicine and health products sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce and co-organized by other domestic units;

(four) to undertake other tasks assigned by the leaders of the association.

Nine, the Ministry of Commerce Medicine Import and Export Technology Service Center

(a) responsible for the preparation of technical guidelines related to the international market of drugs and health products;

(2) Providing registration or filing application services for the import and export of drugs, health foods and cosmetics;

(three) to assist domestic enterprises to carry out international certification, such as EU GMP certification, American cGMP certification, Australian TGA certification and other promotion work;

(four) to provide market information consultation and market research services for the medical and health industries and cosmetics industries in China;

(five) to build an information platform for the transformation of intellectual property rights and provide professional technical support for the research and development of new drug projects and technology transfer;

(six) held at home and abroad related policies and regulations, technical requirements and health care product standards training and market briefing;

(seven) the information and technical services of the United Nations government procurement bidding projects;

(8) Providing consulting services on foreign exchange risk control and financial risk control;

(nine) responsible for the construction, maintenance and management of medical and health care products trading network.

(ten) to promote the green industry standards and the green label of traditional Chinese medicine, and to maintain and develop the green brand of traditional Chinese medicine;

(eleven) to undertake other tasks assigned by the leaders of the meeting.
