Mr. Jay Chen is the founder and director of ChinaVenture, and currently serves as Softbank China &; China partner of India Holdings Limited. Mr. Jay Chen founded Proust Investment Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in 2003, and was reorganized into China Investment Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in March 2005. In 2004, Mr. Chen successfully reached an investment and financing cooperation between Beijing Lianzhong Computer Technology Co., Ltd., a domestic listed company, and Korea Group, and served as a director of Lianzhong, involving an amount of US$ 6,543.8 billion. Mr. Jay Chen has 6 years' experience on Wall Street. He worked as a chief trader of stocks and options in a hedge fund in New York, USA, and engaged in bond business in Bear Stearns and BlackRock Asset Management Company. In 2002, Mr. Jay Chen returned to China for a half-year visit and exchange at the famous Shen Yin Universal Securities Company. Mr. Jay Chen graduated from Columbia University, USA, and holds the practicing certificate of American Series 7 and 63 securities.
