This summer vacation, I worked as an intern in Changling Town People's Government of Changling County for two weeks. Before the meeting, you have to read a lot of materials and prepare every speech, which usually takes 8 hours to complete. Meeting is not an easy task. However, this caused me to think. However, facts have long proved that the government should play the role of guidance and macro-control. If everything is decided by the government, it will inevitably be ruled by others. The government and society operating under such a decision-making system are bound to have hidden dangers. In addition, the simplification of decision-making process is also the root of corruption. I believe the government has realized the existence of the problem, but the road to reform must be long and difficult. Government reform is a key step in the development of China.
This half-month internship gives me the overall feeling that the work content is more complicated. It seems that something happens every day, but in the end, I don't know what I did. Perhaps the working experience of administrative staff is that although they are busy all day, they find nothing to report when reporting their work to their superiors. As an intern, I always feel very motivated in the first few days of work, but slowly, you will feel bored and have nothing to do for a few hours, if you don't do things by yourself. You will feel bored here, so what I want to say here is to learn to enter the role you want as soon as possible. You go there to study, but you don't know the role. You must learn how to study.
