Article 8 Livestock and poultry breeding units and individuals shall use veterinary drugs, feed and feed additives, other compounds and inputs in accordance with relevant state regulations, strictly implement the withdrawal period of veterinary drug products, and take necessary safety control measures to ensure the safety of livestock and poultry products. The quality supervision and inspection institutions of livestock and poultry products shall conduct sampling inspection of toxic and harmful substances on livestock and poultry products according to the plan, and producers and sellers shall not refuse. The same batch of livestock and poultry products that fail to pass the sampling inspection must be comprehensively tested, and can be sold only after passing the test. When carrying out supervision and inspection, no fees shall be charged to the inspected.
