Establish a method of meditation

ven.u mangala

You can meditate before meditation.

The simplest way to stand is to spread your feet a little bit, shoulder width apart, and stand naturally.

The key is to stand and sit. In the process of changing posture, don't forget to breathe and stand up slowly. When standing, the body is the same as meditation. Keep your back straight. If the arms are behind, the chest can be opened. If you feel tired, you can put it in front of you or let nature take its course. The point is to concentrate on breathing. Meditation can be settled then.

For people who are prone to cross-legged pain, they can first cultivate their concentration through meditation. For example, they can stand for half an hour and improve their concentration through meditation. When they sit down, their concentration will be in a higher state, which will be easier.

Because when the concentration is high, the feeling of pain will be lighter. If the intensity of leg pain interferes with the concentration of breathing during meditation, we can meditate instead and continue meditation after the pain is relieved. Meditators should remember that paying attention to and observing pain can't achieve meditation, and our focus is only two goals: breathing and stable meditation.

I hope that everyone, like a respected person, will carefully guard every movement and concentrate on breathing every moment in this intensive exercise.

You can cultivate mindfulness in many ways in the future, but now is the beginning of practice, and we only have very simple goals: breathing and meditation. When you walk, your eyes droop, don't lift them. If necessary, lift it with mindfulness. Fellow initiates don't have to say hello when they meet. They should fully participate in Buddhism. Even if you meet a mentor who doesn't salute when walking, it's not rude as long as you focus on Buddhism, because your heart is pure and your heart is completely devoted to Buddhism. The practice of Buddhism is the best respect for your mentor.
