What is the original record of housing lease in Chengdu?

The originals are the lease contract, real estate license, lessee's lessor's ID card, etc.

The following information shall be provided for the record of house lease:

1. Original and photocopy of the house lease contract (within the validity period);

2. Original and photocopy of the lessor's real estate license; Or the original and photocopy of the house purchase contract (attached with the summary of the commercial housing sales contract); The original and photocopy of the resettlement agreement and the ID card of the householder;

3. The original and photocopy of the identity cards of the lessor and lessee;

4. If the lessor cannot be present for filing, the original power of attorney shall be provided.

What information does Chengdu need for self-built housing lease filing?

The application materials are as follows

1. lease contract (1 original inspection);

2. Proof of house ownership certificate (which can be proof of house ownership certificate, proof of house registration information inquiry result, and registered house purchase contract) (check the original house ownership certificate and get 1 copy);

3. Identity documents of the parties (lessor and lessee) (original inspection, receipt 1 copy);

4. If * * * has a room, it should also submit the certificate that other * * * people agree to rent it and accept the original;

5. When renting the house entrusted for escrow, it shall also submit the certificate of the owner's authorization to rent, and receive the original;
